Working with Frontier Telecom allowed us to dramatically reduce our mobile phone bills which we would not necessarily have had time to do ourselves. In terms of our move to using Frontier, this was not just a big step, but instead a multitude of steps: new supplier, new network, new devices, new reports etc.  It has been refreshing dealing with Frontier, what they promise in the sales pitch is delivered effectively by their operations people. 
The people are great to deal with, and where there are issues to be dealt with or teething problems as their inevitably are when a lot of things change at once, everyone is helpful and everything is resolved.

After years of signing contracts direct with a supplier with constant perplexing about contracts, upgrades and tariffs, we were recommended Frontier Telecom as a hassle free alternative for our communication solutions.

Great Service

It has now been over a year since we moved our mobile phone contract to our new provider, Frontier Telecom. It is important to us that we recognise excellent service from our Suppliers as we view these types of longer term relationship as essentially collaborative and as such it is important that both parties continue to benefit from the association.
With this in mind, we would make the following comments:

  • Initial Sales contact was good and we took the impression that the Sales representative [Paul Smith] had both a thorough understanding of the subject area plus a very quick appreciation of our individual circumstances and requirements.
  • Costings were clear, accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.
    Amendments and changes to the deal were accommodated professionally and in a timely fashion.

  • A significant degree of flexibility from the Supplier (primarily due to our changing requirements) was apparent throughout the process.
  • The project was rolled out and was within scope of original plan in terms of cost, performance of equipment/lines and timeliness.
  • Any I all issues arising were dealt with and resolved professionally and in a timely fashion. N.B. Paul Smith was particularly adept at insuring this project was delivered within scope following an issue that arose regarding handset availability.

    Being responsible for thousands of mobile phones across many countries is always going to be difficult,

    but in the UK I chose Frontier Telecom to provide equipment and customer services on our corporate contract.

    The choice was easy: Frontier staff are helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and our account manager is always available when needed to discuss higher level requests from us.

    Equipment orders are delivered quickly and at very competitive pricing, information on new devices/technology offerings, that would suit our business needs, are brought to our attention without asking.

    Tariff reviews are carried out monthly with suggestions to REDUCE our costs, something that I’ve been promised, but has never happened, when working directly with the network providers.

    Going the extra mile is a phrase that springs to mind, but for Frontier it’s not the extra mile, it is business as usual!

    Great service!

    Our previous supplier went out of business and left us with no-one to manage our account, Frontier Telecom stepped in and took care of us straight away.  When we decided to move our mobiles to Vodafone in August it couldn’t have gone smoother.  Andy and his team did a fantastic job to ensure that the whole process went smoothly .

    I have seen many mobile phone dealers over the past 12/18 months and I can honestly say Frontier Telecom are a pleasure to work with.  Frontier really are a unique supplier giving excellent customer service with a very proactive approach, including out of office hours when we needed  them most.
